Stuart Cochrane
A Mechanical Engineer by training, Stuart gained 19 years' experience within the Oil & Gas industry where he rapidly progressed to senior management level working in both the US and Europe. Stuart was attracted into the research and consulting sector, working with major Oil companies, multinational service organisations and the investment community to formulate long-term contracting and investment strategies. In 2002, Stuart joined Park Brown International as a Director. Stuart has successfully completed many senior level assignments across all sectors of the Upstream Oil and Gas industry.
Stephen Sheal
Stephen has 20 years' experience within the Oil & Gas industry, initially focused on international marketing within the pipeline equipment sector. In 2004 Stephen moved into the executive search arena and built a consultancy practice serving the global Upstream industry. In the course of this practice, Stephen helped many Upstream clients including Oil and Gas operators, global service companies and private equity backed technology organisations to secure effective leadership. His consultancy approach and outlook is firmly international, having worked with world class Upstream clients in North America, Europe and Asia. Stephen joined Park Brown International in 2010 as a Director.
Debbie Cozart
Debbie gained extensive experience from within the Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas sectors having spent over 16 years working in the industry. This included research and field support for refining operations in United States and Asia. Debbie entered the executive search industry by joining Heidrick & Struggles in 1998 and assisted in the creation of their Melbourne office. Debbie relocated to Perth in 2002 and joined Gerard Daniels, Australia as General Manager of the Executive Search Division. Debbie’s search practice centred on the mining, infrastructure and energy sectors, as well as within the CFO and General Counsel functions. In early 2005, Debbie co-founded the Springbank Group, which in 2006 merged with Park Brown International to create a truly international energy and natural resources focused practice.
Colin Simpson
Colin has enjoyed a high-profile and successful career as a senior manager in Australian companies, specialising in high-level business, financial and strategic advice to both private and public companies, after practising as a lawyer for 6 years before joining a company involved in the mining industry. From 1996 to 2003, Colin has held a series of senior positions working extensively overseas establishing relationships within a wide range of industry sectors. Colin entered executive search by joining Gerard Daniels, Australia in 2003. In early 2005 he co-founded the Springbank Group. In 2006 Springbank Group merged with Park Brown International to create a truly international energy and natural resources focused practice.
Ivan Vujicic
Since joining the search industry in 2008, Ivan has successfully completed senior, high-level executive search assignments with large established organisations and high growth junior companies in Australia and globally, within the natural resources and construction sectors. Prior to search, Ivan was in the public sector working closely with education and employment service providers. He has held senior management positions with Department of Human Services, with executive responsibility for large budgets and operational teams. He also has business development and marketing experience in the engineering industry, working for a mechanical design consulting firm. Ivan is highly conversant with the challenges and process of building and developing strong leadership teams. Ivan has tertiary qualifications in Management and Human Resources, with background in Psychology, along with certification in Mining & Mineral Processing. He is a member of Australian Institute of Management and Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. |
